Pic's delivers to the Greater Cincinnati, Northern Kentucky and Dayton regions.

What is your delivery schedule?

In Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky, we deliver 7 days a week.

In the Dayton area, we deliver Monday - Saturday.

Please let us know if you require your order by a certain time or if there are special delivery instructions.

Do you outsource your deliveries or use a third-party service for drivers?

No, we own and operate all of our vehicles. Additionally, we employ all Pic's Produce drivers.

How do I place an order for next-day delivery?

Is it possible to get a same-day delivery?

The hospitality business can be unpredictable. If you need a same-day delivery, please call (513) 381-1239 as soon as possible in the morning and we will do our best to accommodate you. Additional charges may apply.

What is your return policy?

While we pride ourselves on being the Top of the Crop, produce is a perishable product and issues occasionally  arise.

If there are any problems with your order, please return the items with your driver and the invoice will be corrected.

If you need to return a product after the driver has left,  please contact Pic's within 24 hours and schedule a pick-up. Credit will follow once the product has been returned.
